TM speed work today. 2 mile warm-up, 4 1 mile repeats, 2 mile cool down. It actually seemed a little less stressful than last week. Was there a bit of pain? Yes.
I checked my shoe milage yesterday and it is time to get new shoes! I get excited when I wear out a pair of running shoes and I get to buy a new pair. That tells me that I am doing my job. |
