HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Hope you're doing something fun to celebrate. Nice workout to start the day. My daughter had a birthday last week. I can't believe she's 30! How did that happen? Crazy! Hope your b'day is as special as you are! See you soon!
Happy Birthday and awesome workout on the TM. I hate the treadmill, I definately wouldn't have done all that the morning of my birthday. I'd have slept in! Love your picture, where is it at? Are you running on the redrock? Wow, it looks amazing. BTW, I know smooth and she let the cat out of the bag about your birthday so I'm here to wish you a good one. Any friend of Smooth's has got to be a great person and from what I see I'm not wrong!! Enjoy the day - Its all yours!!!
Thanks everyone for the Birthday wishes! So far it's been a great day.
Rachel,
That pic was taken in Zion. It's a mix of two of my favorite things...Running and dancing. I agree with you; Smooth is an amazing person. I am glad that she is my friend.

Hey! Happy Birthday! I just wanted to say thanks for your comments. You have no idea how much the encouragement helps especially after I look at all the stuff you have done and are doing. I am so jealous...I wish I were up to that level. Someday hopefully. Anytime you have advice or suggestions I would love for you to pass it on to me. Hope your birthday was awesome!
Old is between 87-92. You have got a long way until "older" hits you ;D I think the Boston marathon is the PERFECT way to celebrate! That is SO cool! A once in a lifetime :) You need to get a shirt printed for yourself. Red and Hot pink :D
I am so pumped to be running Boston, you don't even know. 68 days and counting! I still can't believe that I have actually qualified to race it. Yes, red and hot pink would suit me well, I need to look into that.
You are so cute. I am feeling fine, and you? I have been chasing 250 kids around today, pretty exhausted! I am ready for the long weekend already. I still have to get my miles in for the day, guess that will happen later.
250 kids?! I'm exhausted just thinking about it. You can count those chasing/dancing as miles, for sure! May be you should take a "recovery" day today.
Literally on your toes, I'm sure. I bet they love you and love dancing because of you. This weekend can't come soon enough for dedicated teachers like you.
Thanks. I hope that my students love me and dnacing too. They always seem pretty responsive toward me. Very true, teachers live for the weekends and summer vacations.
