I woke up really early this morning and decided I would dedicate a big workout to those running the Ogden Marathon. I am a little upset that there is no way I will be able to run by next week. My leg still needs time. 1 hour spinning class 50 minutes moderate effort on elliptical 20 minutes core workout out 33 laps in the pool. I decided I would do 26 laps continually without stopping (one lap representing 1 mile of the marathon). I continued onto 33 laps without stopping because I felt so good. .50 swimming was less than 30 minutes.
I hope everyone had a good race today. Weather was really warm, I hope no one died like I did last year.
