Could not sleep last night.  Tossed and turned.  Finally feel asleep at 12, woke up every half hour.  Woke up at 4:30 for good.

Went to the gym to get my legs moving. 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike, stretching.  Chatted with Jeff L for a few minutes and met JulieC from the blog.

PM 45 minutes of elliptical, 45 minutes of weights.  I have a lot of "advance" calories to burn off before Thursday.

*I just updated my race report if anyone would care to read it.

Burt,

I slept well yesterday. I am pretty sore too. Not as sore as I was from the half marathon I did a few weeks ago. How does that work?

....ummm, you ran over a minute per mile faster?

Bec- funny I wasn't expecting you to be there (so early after the MM) so I didn't look for you, so when you came up to me and I didn't recognize you, that was silly. Blog pictures don't always help me out so thanks for coming up to me. You couldn't sleep either? must have been a full moon.

Burt,

That half marathon was a killer. I think I went too slow on the marathon.

Julie,

So good to see you at the LC today! You are such a cutie pie. Did you ever move out of the heat of that TM? Some are very warm. Try to find one under a fan next time :) I hope that you stick around there, I would love to put down TM miles with you!
