BBK day. I was pooped, and I still am.  This sickness (cold/flu thing) needs to stop!  I suffered through 8 miles.  Went to school and ripped up the Dance Co. with lunges, push ups, and abs.  My students are the new cross training devices!   I told them our goal is to have 6-pack abs by November.

I am headed down to the land of the RED ROCKS for a relay.  I am not really sure I know what to expect.  Should be fun.

you'll do awesome on the relay... just get feeling better!!!! Despite not feeling well you did a GREAT job this morning, your dedication will pay off.

Such a DIEHARD!!!! Have fun at Red Rocks! Run the first leg like a 10K, depending on how much rest you get, then play it by ear with the other two legs. GOOD LUCK! Don't get sick!

Thank you Smooth and RAD. IT would be so much better if you two were down there.

Good luck at your race and enjoy the weather (it'll be gone before we know it).
