Sorry you got sick. Don't overdo it. The body is at its most vulnerable state after a break through race. Keep the stretching going whenever you feel any stiffness coming on throughout the day.

Thank you Smooth. I am heading your advice, and the cramp is subsiding. Yesterday before I ran it was barely there.
Lately I have been getting sick in the evening when I hit the TM. My belly just doesn't agree with the TM. (I think that's a good thing).
