I was so tired this morning, I was actually hoping Heather would call & cancel.  Thank goodness she didn't.  We got 'er done.  5 mi./ little valley loop.  Very slow as I was in 5k recovery mode and she just told me today that she's pregnant!! Congrats Heather!

way to go! You got up and out even when you were tired and right after a race too!! You both looked good, and a good pace. :)
