5 with Heather this morning. Nice easy, chatty run. Foot was a bit stiff, but not too bad. I'm so tired all day after waking up at 5:00 am to run the past 2 days. How do you all do it day after day?!
Glad the foot is feeling better. Are you still planning on doing Bryce?
I am asking myself the same question, and some how drag myself out for an early morning run day after day after day.......
