Nice 12-er w/ Sole Sisters today.  There were 9 of us which made for a big, fun group of gals dodging traffic. Beautiful morning- it had just finished raining so there was a light mist, making for great clouds and sunrise- spectacular against the red cliffs.  I felt pretty good on this run, although I'm still the most inconsistent person when it comes to pace- I'll have a 8:30 spirt, then 9:30- then 9- all over the place.  My hip was acting up a bit towards the end, I just made sure to stretch real good afterwards.  9:20 av. pace

Met my 25 mileage goal for this week, but only ran 3 days and weight liftted 1x- so 4 workouts.  Should shoot for at least 5 and then the mileage should go up too.  Still need to make a point of training on some downhill in the next couple weeks to get ready for Spectrum.

How does such a big group work out? That sounds fun though! Wow, I almost agreed with your soul mate comment until I saw your distance, girl you are kickin!

You have been doing so good lately! You just keep getting faster...I'm way jealous. Keep up the good work and you will be smokin at Spectrum (much unlike me!).

Hey Jody- yeah our big group is fun, would be more fun if you were there too!

And I have to bug my sis to post!

Bethany- it is a little tricky running w/ 9 girls along the road, keeps us on our toes!

Amanda- Glad to hear you're feeling better! Are you doing Spectrum?

Mik'L- Yah-you're back! So you are doing Spectrum right? Really cute blog btw!
