I must be off my rocker! I woke up at 4:30 am to workout today! First weight class then hill repeats.  I felt really good throughout.  Must hit the sack now, its 10pm and I'm in a zombie-like trance.  Good night! (I think a wee bit of SGM excitement is starting to creep into my system)

BTW- watched Spiderwick Chronicles with my kids tonight.  Good flick! We all liked it. (scary for 8 & under though, IMHO)

you are off your rocker! at my house we call it "a special kind of stupid" and we LOVE it!

When I was working at 5am I was worthless after 9 or 10 and had to have sleep. going to bed early tho is ok, i read somewhere that the best athletes get at least 8 hours of sleep consistently.

you asked about my job, its going great--i have decided to quit! as much as i totally love it, this is my daughter's last year at home and i'd rather be with the family than at the gym. so i'm only training a couple of friends and teaching PE at a private school four hours a week. other than that, i'm free! more time running hehe

I'm off my rocker with you! It's crazy how a marathon can get you excited. When I tell non-running friends how excited I am they think I'm crazy. They don't understand when I say it is fun! That's why I love all my cyber-running buddies!
