Blessed to be LDS. Married to world's greatest guy for over 16 yrs w/ 2 amazing kids. Busy being a mom to 2 active teens (a very equestrian minded daughter & a soccer obsessed son). Mental Health Counselor by training.  Loving Life at the Beach. Running to eat & fit in my jeans.

7 fun miles w/ Sole Sistas (Buff, Theresa, Stephanie, Heather, Chris & Nephi)  It was a great time and we took is slow & easy enough that my foot doesn't even hurt! (hopefully it won't start hurting later in the day like it has in the past)  10 min. mile average.  Finding it hard to get back to 9 min & under,  but confident that it will come back after a few good runs.

No big plans for the weekend, just a BBQ with friends this afternoon.  Looking forward to R & R!

GLad your foot is feeling better, those little nagging injuries are the pits! Have a great weekend. Definetely deserved for you! You will get back to the 9's and under. Its good to ease back into things.

Nice job! Sometimes our bodies just need rest. The pace will come back, just slower than we like. Good Luck at Bryce this weekend.
