| 9 miles outside- brrrr was it cold. AP- 9:24. Splits- 11:35, 9:14, 8:49, 8:56, 9:14, 9:15, 8:44, 9:04, 9:39. Elevation change- 243ft. My gait felt a bit clunky- not tired just out of sync. OveraLl felt great to complete another 9 miles. | Comments(2) |

| 5.5 miles on the treadmill. AP-8:41. It was nice to be warm but the TM is so monotonous. Faster paces seemed easier today but I didn't want to push it especially since I've been increasing my mileage a lot. So far my knee is doing great. I'm wondering if the slower paces are helping. | Add Comment |

10.5 miles down 114th to daybreak lake and back. AP- 9:15. Splits- 10:14, 10:14, 9:59, 9:47, 9:48, 9:18, 8:31, 8:17, 8:29, 7:55. I didn't realize it when I was running but the whole way out to daybreak was uphill (and into the wind) so the run back home was awesome; with the wind at my back and gravity on my side. Elevation: 594 ft. Great run!

50 minute run over to the gym. AP- 9:05. Ran the JRP over to 126th, then ran the west side of the Parkway until it ended, then looped up to Lampton View and made my way over to Lifetime fitness. Perfect weather.

Wanted to finish with 7 so I continued over to 106 making a few laps around the business park. 7.1 miles. AP-9:16. Splits- 9:14, 9:22, 9:28, 9:21, 9:06, 9:16, 9:03. | Comments(2) |

Ran to daybreak lake, around it, and back home. Didn't take any water so I ran 11.5 miles before I HAD to stop at a 7-11 to refuel. AP- 9:25. Splits: 9:35, 10:02, 9:59, 9:39, 9:49, 9:13, 9:33, 9:46, 9:26, 9:23, 9:07, 8:51, 8:12. Not the best run, just wasn't feeling it today.

| 7.1 miles AP-9:06. Wind speed- 100mph (atleast that's what it felt like). Tried to run the first part of the run into the wind, at times I felt like I was running in place. For the effort I exerted my paces should have all been in the 8's. Good run; great workout; awesome stress relief. | Comments(1) |

| 7.5 miles. AP-8:40. Wind or hill? Today I chose the hill- running up 114 to daybreak then back to lifetime. | Add Comment |

| 13.1 miles. AP: 9:14. Left from my house and ran most of the Riverton half route. Splits: 9:04, 9:15, 9:47 (hill), 8:58, 9:22, 9:23, 9:03 (lovers lane hill), 9:15, 9:21, 9:21, 9:25, 9:00, 8:43, & 8:24 (pace for .1). Not my best run. Spent the first five miles talking to my mom on the phone so I never felt I got into a grove. As I left the JRP I wanted to stop and walk but convinced myself to push on. I'm pleased to see the dreaded lovers lane hill was not my slowest mile- I did attack the hill hoping to get it over. I was hoping to complete the run in under 2 hours but didn't quite make it with a total time of 2:00:58. Felt great to be done. And I actually got the opportunity to take a short nap today, Yay! I still haven't decided whether to sign up for the Riverton half; I really don't care for the course, but it is local. Maybe it will fill up before I decide and then I won't have to contemplate it.
