Marathon PR: Ogden 2009- 3:36 (12th in AG) Short-Term Running Goals: My goal is to run consistantly at least 5 days a week. I would also like to bring my average pace back down into the 8's.

| 6.2 miles run outside. AP 9:17. Felt great to be running outside in decent temperatures. Set out with no expectations on how far or how fast. Once I got going I didn't want to stop but I started feeling it in my knee a little so I figured I better stop. Overall my legs and lungs felt great. | Went for a run to clear my head after a semi-frustrating day. Its amazing how therapeutic running can be. 7 miles at a nice pace. Felt great and when I got home my head was clear. Paces: 9:21, 9:07, 9:02, 9:24, 9:12, 8:49, 9:19. Elevation change: 285 ft. | Add Comment |
