| AP-8:57. Splits- 9:23, 9:42, 9:36, 8:58, 8:27, 8:27, 8:29, 8:40, 8:49. .5 mile walk to cool down. Nice run! I felt great when I was done. Tried a new gps app on my phone and I hated it- it showed me running .5 miles farther than my garmin did, therefore my paces recorded faster. I wish the adidas micoach app was available on the android market. O well I guess i'll keep looking for something I like and keep wearing my garmin. | Add Comment |

| 13.1 miles. AP- 9:08. Ran from my house up 114 to daybreak. Ran around the lake and then back down 114 to lifetime fitness. Good ruin although I seem to struggle a little over 10 miles. Splits: 8:54, 9:31, 9:29, 9:43, 9:46, 9:13, 9:08, 9:14, 8:54, 8:40, 9:01, 8:51, 8:29, 8:18 (.1). Tried another new running app, which I did not like. I've just about given up trying to find something worthwhile for my mytouch. I'm debating on turning it back in and getting another blackberry. The apps seemed to work better on it. | Comments(2) |

| Ran my 9800 s. loop. Started out at a nice pace- 9:14 and then slowed way down for1.5 miles as I talked with an older gentleman (80ish). It was the best part of the run- great company and inspiration. Left him at his car and ran the final 3.5 miles at an AP around 8:30. Loved the rain, loved the company, loved the run. | Comments(1) |

Ran the JRP over to 126 (into the wind), up around the tithing hill condos to 13th west, across 13th to 106, down 106 to riverfront parkway, ended at Lifetime fitness. Great loop. Pace felt great. First mile was an 8:30. After that my phone quit working. When I went to check what was wrong I dropped it and shattered the face- hmmph. That's 2 phones in the last 2 weeks- not my month for phones. I think my pace stayed right around the 8:30 mark with the last couple of mile being faster. Awesome Run.

Ran/walked 2 miles with my daughter. We varied our speeds- sprinting on hills, walking to recover, and jogging. I let her determine what we did. She is 6 and has decided she wants to go running each day. This is her 3rd day in a row for a total of 8 miles.

| Came home hoping to put in a few miles but laid down on the couch and fell asleep. Woke up 2 1/2 hours later. What ever has invaded my head and upper respiratory passages is getting the best of me. | Add Comment |

| Ran the same loop I did on Sunday. AP- 8:57. Not the best of runs since I've been fighting an upper respiratory for the past week. | Add Comment |

Bluck- I did not enjoy this run. I'm not sure why I decided to sign up. My goal going into this run was to keep it easy and post a time over 2 hours. But, true to my nature I started out a little fast- I kept telling myself to slow down and enjoy the run but it wasn't until RAD kicked my butt up tithing hill that I actually did. After that I fought with myself mentally- I hated not competing and actually allowing others to pass me. I fought with my music, which would not stay on and I fought the urge to quit. I stopped and walked through water stops and 4 or 5 times to reset my music. Mentally, I think this was the worst run (of any kind) I have ever had. On the brighter side- I enjoyed seeing and talking with many of the BBK'ers. I miss running with them and hope after I get my knee fixed I can join them on an occasional run. But for now its best if I run by myself. AP: 9:08 Splits: 7:53, 8:08, 8:23, 9:12, 9:36, 8:58, 9:29, 9:31, 9:44, 9:33, 9:59, 9:34, 8:32,
