Marathon PR: Ogden 2009- 3:36 (12th in AG) Short-Term Running Goals: My goal is to run consistantly at least 5 days a week. I would also like to bring my average pace back down into the 8's.

| This race kills me psychologically... I hadn't planned to run in until the last minute. I am not particularly fond of the course. I had no plans going in... started out strong with paces in the mid- sevens but then lost it when I got on the park trail running into the wind. I allowed myself to walk on several of the hills. Ugh... I was very surprised to have placed 3rd in may age group. Some day I might conquer this race. | Add Comment |
