Let's see...went out early it was cold and a little windy. With Alana and I ran the first 5 w/out feeling my knee...then it hurt until mile seven when we stopped, stretched and took a gel. It was good for another mile then hurt. I ran in pain from mile 10-11 and had to stop at mile 11 and walk back to car (another mile) where I hurt. Not sure what the game plan is now....ice, cross train and try to rest the i-t band...I know that is what it is...grrrrrr.... |
