| | Having a cold tends to put a damper on the week's miles...yet, so very thankful to have Alana to run our last 20...now somewhat begins the tapper. My lower shin...connecting my leg to foot, really hurts. Felt it during the run, but really hurt last mile. Now I have iced and am trying to stay off it. Not sure what else to do with it...odd... | Add Comment |
