| | Rex and I set out to run the south hills (Twin Falls) after being camp counselor for a week and running in Sun Valley - man was I tired, under fueled and simply run down. However, it was good to push not just physically, but mentally as well! Overall pace ended up being 8:55 - feeling good |

| | Not expecting my knees/ legs to act up...@ mile 5 today...stopped numerous times to try and stretch them out. To no relief. Tried to run and push through the pain, but it became too much. I could not walk after one of the last ditch effort to stretch it out. Pain shooting up my right leg through itband. A man and his son came and picked me up. I feel like I have rehased this into memory, so no more for here. I have a massage a Pointment for Monday night. I know to strenghthn my glutes. Let the real work and healing begin. I give praise for God watching over me and for Rex running a great first marathon!! Pocatello Marathon |
