| | Went out @8a.m. It was slower run, 9:07 average pace. Major mental issues today I ran 3 three mile runs, a half mule run, pause & call rex for him to say I'm doing great, 2.5 miles is no biggie & I ran home! Whew! |

| | Ran @ 6am w/Alana - we started our first mile @ 9:18 pace and then kept the pace around a 9 min mile (a few in between were faster, but still, slower run - again). My right shin began hurting at mile 4. This bothers me, but I realized how fast I jumped my miles so I am going to try and keep miles, just lower this week. Ice and do my PT stretches and exercises. |

| | Went out with Shelley - such a beautiful morning! My shin still hurt, but it was my i-t band to stop me. I tried stretching it out, could get a half mile, then go again. But then I it locked up with sharp pain that I stopped straight up! Shelley was good to just walk 1/2 mile back to her car and take me home. Easy does it for me, I know I will be strong, just need to listen to my body! |

| | Ran this morning with music and by myself. Wasn't sure how far I would be able to go. I went out and looped Freeman, thinking it might just be a 4 mile run, but was feeling good so I included the river to make it 6 for the morning. Not sure what my plan is tomorrow morning, just going with the flow at this point - and oddly enough, I'm just fine with that! Love summer break! |

| | Ran the Bone to Back Relay run today with Mariah Cole, Arik Durfee, Breanna Livingston, Sandra Dunn, Matt Bertasso, Mary Towler and Rex Taylor. Holly Dasher was our gracious driver for the day. What an incredible time had by all!! I ran leg 4, our over all group time was 6 hours and 24 minutes...I think... |

| | Alana was gracious enough to watch and feed the girls while I went out this afternoon (hot) and ran. Was dragging the first 4 miles, gelled and then did great until mile 9, when I went to gel again, it must have dropped out :( I slugged my last 4 miles back to her house, where she made me a shake and we visited all afternoon - knee, shins, legs felt good! Tired from yesterdays run, but happy summer to us! |

| | on the TM @ 11:00 a.m. Alana always jokes that it is tough to run at an odd time, but this 3 miles was seriously hard. Emma and Ali ran around a corned and crashed into each other at .75, then emma called to me b/c my calendar was going off on my phone at 1.48, (went upstairs to turn off) back onto the TM for last mile and half - SIGH, this single parent thing can be tough on workouts for sure! |

after a sleep over at the Well's house, Alana and I went for an 8 mile - seriously, after doing HER yoga class twice this week, I must have been spent. I gave it my all out there for a 9 minute mile pace!! WOW, good training, just keeping going :) beautiful morning!! After 2.5 hours at the pool, took care of front & back lawn (moe), ran Emma to 4H, Ali to my folks, then met up with Elly Mae in the hills for hills/trails. WOW what a work out. We went out at 6:30 and it was 87 degrees last I had checked. I was dripping head to toe and one happy woman - I think I will rest tomorrow. Rex comes back from church camp and I have to go take care of Granny Bell's lawn/yard work for her in the morning. WHEW - summer break is good. |

| | What an amazing morning! Alana and I ran 6 miles then met up with Shelley @ the bank and ran another 9 miles together - 8:52 was my average pace and everything felt GREAT. I was due for a feel good all over run :) so encouraging. Listening to worship music right now, so grateful for a healthy body and spirit! Off to church with the family, possibly a BBQ later with my folks and grandparents - |
