Teton Dam Half Marathon (13.1 Miles) 01:58:07 | | Rex, Matt and I went to Rexburg to kick start summer with a half! The longest I had run was one 10 miler, so I was a little nervous to run 13.1...but it was beautiful weather, sunshine, not too hot and felt great. I was ready to be done when I saw the finish line and was able to kick it in at the last quarter to finish strong! GREAT day - Rex won the race so that was a total bonus. 92 people ran the half today

| | Glorious run this morning - tons of runners and cycle peeps out and about early. Bone race was today - first time we haven't done it in like five years in a row. I'm okay with that. Happy with my average pace of 8:40 - love summer running!
