Early morning run with Wildbull and Bigfoot- Legs are very tight! When running things felt pretty good but I couldn't maintain pace very long due to the tightness of the calves and quads. (approx. 7:20 pace)
Signed up for the Utah Summer games 10k and 5k next weekend...hoping that some running in the high elevation this next 4-5 days at our family reunion will help get me ready. The following weekend is the American Fork Half Marathon
