Went in to this race just wanting to have a nice training run. I didn't ant to agravate my hammy so the goal was 1:40. Went out under control and the legs were feeling spring. I went out steady 6:45sh pace and decided to hold that pace or close to as long as I could......I have never felt this strong for a race, especially since I had no expectations. I feel like a runner today! Took 2nd in my age group but more important I feel great and this is at the tail end of the biggest mileage week for me in over 2+ years. I feel fresh and could go out for another run right now easily! Life is great! Bring on Boston
