Muggy morning after heavy rains last night- still a bit sore and the legs are very heavy-
8:19 pace over to the DC by way of Sugar Leo to Pilot. Extended up the trail abit and then to home.
PM 9 miles out and back to Doctors free clinic 7:40 pace
