| | Bike: went to the top of Emigration canyon again. I wasn’t nearly as worn out this time around, probably because it was a lot cooler. It took me less time to get up there too and it felt a lot easier. 60 minutes exactly up to the top (10.2ish miles) and then took a bit of a detour once back in the valley, 22 miles and 99 minutes total.

| | Biked up to the C, it was a lot harder than I was expecting. A lot steeper than Emigration canyon. Kasey said he bikes up there about once a week, dang. But he is one of the top runners in the NCAA so... there’s that. Anyways, good workout, it might be a little bit before I try that again haha. I was dead once I reached the C and had to walk about .5 at one point because I was exhausted. 97 minutes, 19.46 miles.

| | Nate tested my femur again today, NO PAIN! I’m so stoked. But to be safe he doesn’t want me to start running again until Monday, and this time I’ll start out with 5 minutes instead of a mile :/
Bike: 11.75 miles, 52 minutes. VERY windy
Pool: 30 minutes touching the bottom (water chest height), 15 minutes not. Might have to buy smaller water shoes, they kept slipping off.
