Out and back from the house. Easy and great. Still a bit stuffy but tons better than last attempt to run. Ran by a mph measuring sign and got up to 15!! (K2 76.8)

56 minutes today, feeling better. Congestion is almost all gone. Ran by that sign again like yesterday - got up to 16 mph this time! Ka-chow! Out of shape-ness is very much. But soon I'll be fast and furious again! (K2 83.8)

So much out-of-shape-ness! Feeling somewhat sore from the last couple days of running, so today's run was tough. Plus, it's the most miles and minutes I've run since September! Super crazy. (91.8)
