Went out this evening, 45 minutes on a big square loop from my house: 7N-22N, 6E-12E. Pushed the pace a little, felt reasonably good excepting the moment at the top of the 12th east hill where I almost puked my guts out. (KB 34.4)

Went to the Summit and rode bike for 50 minutes, then did a weight circuit and some abs, then did a 5 minute cooldown on the bike again.
