Had a meeting with coach, talked about coming back for indoor (yes) and hopefully steeplechase outdoor. Then cross-trained.

Went to the Fieldhouse and worked out. Did a half hour on the track w/10 minutes at 3.5 effort, then did my weight circuit, 10 minutes of bike & elliptical, then L-7 stretches and hurdle drills. Then 10 minutes of running to cooldown. Pretty great workout today! (KB 23.8)
