| Combo, then did my allotted 35 minutes of running, then biked for 7:30, incline trainer-ed for 10 (high intensity), then biked for another 7:30.

| I slacked off and didn't do much of anything but rush around trying to get everything done before driving down to SG!

| Ran to Summit (20 minutes) then biked for 20 minutes w/10 minutes at higher intensity, then ran home.

| Again, ran to Summit (20 minutes), then did 15 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the bike, then ran back home (15 minutes). After half the festivities and most of the food, I went on a bike ride with my cousins. We rode down, then up, then back down the Green Valley loop and then home. The sun set while we were on our way down the second time, so I was a bit chilly on the ride home. Good times though!

| Rode from home to the bottom of the Bear Claw Poppy trail, then rode up to the top of the drops (and went down them lots of times) then rode back down and home. Pretty great and fun!

Got my legs worked over by April this morning. Decided to take the day off and hopefully my issues will be mostly resolved next week!
