| Did a mile on the track, then Coby let me go out on the road! Did a total of about 26 minutes. Then I rode the bike for another 25 minutes with a 5 minute push section.

| Warmed up a half-mile on the track, then did a little loop out on the TT then got onto the Stokes trail to Elkridge park and back by way of the canal trail. Great to run out on roads and trails! Shin still buggy, but I think its finally starting to get better! Foot was barely noticeable. Starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel! Did 10 minutes on the bike, then went to lift. Coach Matt tried to kill us, I am doomed to be perpetually sore for the next couple weeks!
