5 minute warmup, then 8x1:30 pushes at 30 min effort with 1:00 recovery. 10 minute cooldown. Not bad. Exercises after.

An hour in the pool, still just aqua jogging. Got super bored. BUT! I got my orthotics today and I am now partially weight-bearing! And tomorrow I get to RUN on the water treadmill! No more aqua jogging for me!!!!!

Actually ran on the water treadmill today!! Ran pretty slow for the first 20 minutes, then picked it up for a tempo on the second half.

45 minutes, slow (6.5 mph on water treadmill, with 40% jets). My left side is getting sore from actually using it! Hopefully soon it will be less wimpy...
