| Before moving up to Logan, got up early and did the PV loop with 12x1:30 pushes @ 3 with the last 20 sec at 5 with 2:00 jog recovery. went pretty well, last couple I was tired out a lot, the whole moving thing wears me out. (GT 336.3)

| From my new house, ran through campus and up to the Bonneville trail for a ways, then back. My body isn't liking the altitude change much. (GT 344.3)

| At team XC camp this morning, we did an hour-long time trial at 7:00 pace. Back and arms were still pretty sore from moving boxes and furniture, but I kept us right on pace with the Garmin and it felt surprisingly good. About 6 of us stayed at pace the whole way and we have tons of new freshmen, so I'm super excited about how well our team will do this season!! (GT 354.4)

| Coach took us out to an awesome trail on Beaver mountain this morning. It started off way cold, but a few miles in we warmed up and had a fun time chatting. The trail through Gibson Basin and back down to the cars was super fun, about 6 of us just flew down the trails and had a total blast. (GT 362.9)

| Went out from our cabin in Bear Lake on the main road for a half hour, then back. Amber and I had fun goofing around and talking. Randomly, I ran into my cousin Camille (who lives in Sandy) who was running the same way we were. Funny stuff! The run was pretty fast with Jessie being spastic on the way out and a need for a potty break on the way back. (GT 370.9)

| Did an altered version of the Providence loop from my new house this morning, it's so nice to not have to get up at 4 or 5 to avoid burning to death! Kinda died the last 45 minutes from the altitude and general fatigue, though. After, I got to go get some awesome breakfast at Dona and Reeder's house. Dona makes the best breakfast ever. Mmm.
