Easiest workout known to man! Warmed up for 20 minutes, then we did a 1200 @ GP 4:30 (we got 4:28), then a 10 minute break, then a 300 acceleration and 10 minutes cool down. That was it! Yay! Felt fast and ready to go... one more day... (DS 389.7) (S spike 63.5)

Is it at USU track?

Ruth, thats not the easiest workout know to man. We were down in Oceanside with some friends. I hit the fitness room to workout on the treadmill. I had been in there about 30 min, a heavier set gal walks in. She starts to give me her weight history and how she is really dedicated to this new program. She did the spinning bike for about 1 min, then hit the treadmill for about the same. I asked her if she was all warmed up. After a insulting glare directed at me, she let me know that was it, her great new program.

Jon- yes!

Mike - wow. I guess I stand corrected. I don't know if you call that a workout though... ;)
