P90X Day 15 Once again I enjoyed the rest day yesterday. This week is another repeat of the first 2 weeks, but the workout I did today (Chest and Back) I won't be doing again until week 9. I also did Abs today. I think Chest and Back is the hardest of all the workouts so I'm not sad that I won't be doing it again for a while. I have definitely gotten better at this workout in 3 weeks: no puking, no nausea, and able to do a lot more pushups and pullups today!
