P90X Day 27 I was thinking of Smooth running the Pokey this morning so I wore my Pokey Marathon shirt this morning. Today is the last day of my recovery week, so I headed to the gym for one more run. TM 1 mile warm up 3 miles in 20 minutes (6:40 pace) 1 mile cool down The 3 faster miles weren't as bad as I thought they would be. Next week I'll be back at the hard core P90X workouts. I'll be looking forward to the next recovery week in 4 weeks. |
