P90X Day 25 1 mile warm up 8 x 400 m with 200 m recovery jog 1 mile cool down Total 5 miles That was one of the workouts that is going to stick with me all day. I was a bit queezy finishing up that last 400 m repeat, but it felt good to push hard. GO COUGS!!! (in blue) I'm excited to sit down and watch some football tonight.
