7 miles with 3 x 1 mile at 6:00 then 2 x 1/2 mile at same pace.
I've been working up to doing 5 x 1 mile at 6:00 pace. I'm getting close. If I can do it I will pronounce myself back and ready to run the Havasu Half on April 4th.
15 miles. Felt much better than last weeks long run although something felt off in my left leg during the 14th mile so I walked for about half mile and then ran the 15th mile feeling fine. I'm not sure what it was, but as I become an older and wiser runner I'm more cautious with things that don't feel quite right.
