The one day of nicer weather was nice, but back to being hotter and more humid today. Once again I had to stop and buy more drink 7 miles into my run or I wasn't going to make it home.

Yeah Dan, I always run with a hand held bottle that has a pocket that I keep emergency money in. I just stopped at a gas station minimart for a refill.
