I kept it nice and easy for 6 miles today and my calf felt fine. I'm going to try and do a long run tommorow nice and easy but I'll be paying close attention and at the smallest sign of an issue I will abort the run.

Before you run tomorrow be sure to get in a good stretch and hand massage out those troublesome areas like your calfs, hams and quads.
