4 x 2000 meters track with 30 second recoveries. 7:41, 7:42, 7:43, 7:34
sumac drive to single track on river trail. maybe 8 minute pace. my pace keeps slowing down on these runs but not intentionally. oh well.
wanted a 7-8 mile tempo run. forgot the garmin so just ran on feel, 50:12, ... then mapped the run and it came in at 7.6 miles so my pace was about 6:35. 1 mile warmup and cooldown
kicked 10 lengths. then water ran 30 minutes. in the pool.
20 miles. 7:44 pace. blah.
