thanks. my PF was getting better until I did that though. now it is full blown pain again. maybe I should just run easy for a few weeks and build a base. speedwork seems to really aggravate PF.

PF is terrible. I had it last fall - it feels like it's all better then all of a sudden it comes right back. Then one day it just stops hurting. It's a weird one. Probably a good plan to stick to easy for now if the speedwork makes it worse!

Andrea, my experience is EXACTLY like that. it goes away a bit, comes back, frustrating. but it seems to be going away faster now before returning so maybe I am turning the corner. I sure hope so. it's been three months now, yikes!
