5x1000 USU track about 6:00 pace with 300 recoveries. stopped by walmart later and seeing the people there reaffirmed to me this running stuff is worth it in spite of the effort and hassle.

Its so great the walmart exists, you can always leave that place feeling pretty dang good about yourself. Or depressed about the world...but you may as well go with good.

Aaron, glad to see you view the cup as half full and not half empty. I need to learn to do the same. I usually just come out of walmart depressed.

100% agree - just visity any walmart in WI and you'll be convinced running is better than the alternative!
