Run RF

Stopped in Rochester to do a few miles with my friends on the way back from Oswego and the wing walk bar crawl.  Was going to get a garbage plate, but everywhere was closed.

Finally decent out, very over the high winds and highs in the teens.

45 degrees, are you kidding me? Basically summer out there.

Not as warm as yesterday, but still nice

Got my run in before work, but spring thaw means icy conditions in the morning.  Was slow and spent a lot of time in the road, very excited to say goodbye to the snow and ice.

It's going to get up to 50 today! Did my lunch run in shorts, first time in a looooooong time.

Finally getting back inot the swing of things.  The rain probably waasn't necessary though.
