Hey Mike, it was good to see/meet you at Four on the 4th! So, you are running 3 times today?

Good seeing you there too. Do you remember the name of the site they said the results would be posted on? It was something other than runfsrc.com.

Yes, my "plan" is to run three 6 milers today. I'm trying to gear up for the ragnar relay later this month. I've never run more than twice in a day and I've only done that a couple times.

Looking for 3 of 3...and I have to say you are slightly insane for running in 89 degree weather! I REALLLLY hate heat!

April - That second run in the afternoon was definitely the hardest! I almost wimped out on the third one; I've been working all day in the heat sanding my "new" patio furniture and was literally dozing off at the dinner table around 9:00pm. I think I actually fell asleep on my feet for a bit during mile 2, but it got better from there and I feel great now that it's done :)

Wow you did your last .29 faster than the first two! Great job! and I'm imagining you falling asleep during mile 2 hahaha!
