I got home late from work and didn't feel like running in the dark so I hit the elliptical fopr 30 minutes and then did 1.25 miles on the treadmill. On the mill I did 3X200 pick-ups with a 200 recovery in between each one, 8:00, 7:48, 7:32 and then I cooled down for a .25 at a 10 minute pace. I'm glad I was able to atleast get something in, light upper body workout and push-ups to finish up.
