| I ran after work tonight, I have had a mild migraine today and I haven't' felt good at all but I was able to get home around 5 or so and I took some Tylenol and waited for a bit. I still didn't feel great so I just went for it, the first 3 miles were pretty rough but then on the way back I was able to get into a pretty good rhythm and I hit some MP miles on 4 and 5. I felt dizzy at times but I was able to get through it okay, my average pace was 8:36 with a total time of 53:31. It was sure a nice day out and it was hard not to enjoy the 70 degree temps!

| Morning run today and I ran out past Mini Gu corner, the run was pretty rough just from the stand point that I had a late run yesterday and I don't think my legs had recovered enough. But, it was still a beautiful morning and I am so glad I was able to get out, my average pace was slow at 9:06 with a total time of 55:17. My goal is to start getting out in the mornings with it starting to warm up and its just a better time to get it done.

| I left work at noon and then I headed to home and decided to run the Big Blue mailbox route, I felt pretty good and I'm glad I was able to get out today. My average pace was 8:24 with a total time of 1:01:00, pace felt pretty comfortable. I plan on running 10 miles or so tomorrow before we head down south for spring break and then I'll run while we are away.

| I was able to get in 10 miles but that was it for today, my legs were really tired. Very rough fun and I was just glad to finish, my average pace was 9:16 with a total time of 1:34:34. I can't rember a tougher run in a long while, I'm sure it had something to do with the later run on Friday and it was pretty upbeat, probably Should have taken the day off but I felt like I needed to get another day in.
