Out towards Payson and back on canal road, Pace was a lot better on the inward half. My average pace was 8:32 with a total time of 53:20, I had 3.35 MP miles, 8:15, 8:21, 8:05 I finished up with some ujpper body weight training and some push-ups.

Out to mini Gu Corner and back via canal road, Pace was slower this morning with the short turn around from yesterdays run. It was still a good run especially where it was a morning run... My average pace was 8:48 with a total time of 53:59, I finished up with some lower body weight training and some push-ups

Mailbox route and then dwon Woodland Hills Drive to Canal road and then home, I was way slower on the uphill this week than last week. It was pretty brutal really. But I was faster on the flat so that was a plus. My average pace was 8:44 with a total time of 53:30, I had 3 MP miles at 7:22, 7:56, 7:49 .35 8:18. I finished up with some upper body weight training  and some push-ups.

Out Past Gu Corner and down into the riverbottoms and then back home, I felt pretty darn tired the last few miles but I was able to complete the run. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time 1:38:44, I finished up with some upper body and lower body weight training.
