| By the time I got done with work and then over to see my mom at the hospital I had no time to run... I know I hate running in the mornings when it's dark but I have to make an effort to start doing that cause it's to hard to run after work anymore.

| I ran after work today and I ran out past Mini GU and then back to the house, pace was pretty up beat for me and I was angry the whole run, I just couldn't seem to clear my head. The way was feeling had nothing to do with run I just couldn't clear my head of life's struggles, lets just say Its not fun being a Stepfather and I'll leave it at that. My average pace 8:16, man I must have been angry, and then my total time was 50:24, I did 2 sets of 15 one legged squats to finish up.

| I left work at around 1 today and was on the road running by 1:30, I ran the Payson Park Loop and extended down to the Park. I felt okay but not great, better after a few miles and I was able to loosen up but the last mile or so I felt pertty tired. I guess thats what happens when you take a few days off, I seem to feel better when I ran everyday, you think I would get the message. My average pace was 8:27 with a total time of 1:00:39, I did some stretching after to finish up.

| A crappy end to a lousy week of training! 30 mile an hour wind this morning so I bagged it, I need to reavaluate my whole reason for running.
