I ran with Chad this morning and we ran out to pretty little hill and did that loop and then back to my house, we both decided to takle it pretty easy so we did, average pace was 9:03 with a total time of 46:06. My legs had no energy today and I felt pretty darn flat, just kind of a labored run but I'm still gald I got her done this morning.
