Hills. I felt pretty rough on the uphill, my legs were fine but the old lungs were not, I felt really good on the downhill section. On the flat my legs were decent but my lings and breathing were really labored but it was still my best time on this route so thats a plus. I had 3 MP miles 7:19 downhill, 7:23 flat, 7:33 flat , average pace was 8:24 with a total time of 54:22. I finished up with my upper body weight training and some push-ups.
