I ran the Payson Park loop today after work, I got out at 6pm and it was perfect weather for a run. I felt okay but tmile 6 was a pain and then I realized that I had had nothinbg to eat most of the day so I'm sure I was running on empty... My average pace was 8:22 with a total time of 59:58, aberage HR rate was 153, pretty good time for this route as I am normally over 60 minutes or so. I need to remember to eat during the day so I am not so drained if I run in the afternoon that is. I had one mile just sub 8 minute so I counted that as MP
